Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

 

Each item will come with an Alfra Jewellery box. We currently do not have an option of gift wrapping. Although we are working on having this as an option in the near future and you will be able to choose this option at checkout.

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We take all major credit/debit card payments. You can also pay via PayPal, Apple Pay and options to Pay Later with Klarna.

 

 

How do I care for my jewellery to ensure no tarnish?

 

Please visit our Jewellery Care page for more information on how to best care for your Alfra Jewellery products.

All of our products go through a PVD coating process to ensure all products are extremely durable.

 

 

What happens if my items arrive faulty?

 

All of our items go through a robust quality control to ensure that this does not happen, however if it does, please contact us as soon as they arrive. More information can be found on our 'Delivery and Returns' page and 'Terms and Conditions' page.

 

 

What happens if I do not like my order?

How do I know what material my item is made from?

 

Please visit the item description for all information relating to the material of an individual product. All of our items are either Stainless Steel, 18K Gold plated, 14K Gold plated, 925 Sterling Silver or Cubic Zirconia.

Is your packaging environment friendly?

 

All of our packaging is eco-friendly, organic, recycled, Fairtrade®, and FSC®-certified.
