The reference ‘customer’ or ‘you’ or relates to the viewer or user of our Website or the person buying products from Alfra Jewellery Ltd.

PROCESSING 

All orders are subject to availability, the stock will notify whether the product is available or not. If you would like to know the details of when the item will be back in stock, please subscribe to the ‘notify me’ or alternatively contact us at info@alfrajewellery.com 

We aim to dispatch all items within 48 business hours.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

It is important to note that we are trademarked as Alfra Jewellery. All data, information and content found on alfrajewellery.com and our Alfra Jewellery social media pages are the property of Alfra Jewellery Ltd. This includes all photography, slogans, text, logo and products. You may not use any of our intellectual property without consent from Alfra Jewellery Ltd. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges on our earrings.

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact info@alfrajewellery.com and arrange a return with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it. 

If your item arrives defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange.

If you have received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact info@alfrajewellery.com to rectify as soon as possible. 

Once an order has been placed we are unfortunately not able to process a cancellation. 

If an order has not arrived, please track using the relevant tracking information provided in your email confirmation with the relevant postal provider as stated in your email. 

We are not responsible for any postal delays in once the item has left our warehouse.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Our jewellery is priced in GBP and inclusive of VAT, however worldwide currencies are available by using our currency converter app on the product page.
