Everything You Need to Know
At Alfra Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience will be easy and enjoyable. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service, so if you have any questions or requests, please talk to us.
PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours of receiving.
UK DELIVERY
All post is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, it is expected the item will arrive within 24 hours once it has been processed by Alfra Jewellery. However please allow 3-5 working days for receiving your item.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
There are 2 options for International delivery, tracked and signed or standard delivery. We recommend using the tracked and signed service in order to keep an eye on the products journey. Processing times- 5-7 days for Europe, 5-10 days for The rest of the world. Please note you are liable for tax and customs and a fee will be required to release your item.
POSTAL STRIKES
We will endeavour to do all in our power to ensure the efficient arrival of your item. However we are not liable for postal strikes that may affect the date of your item arriving.
REFUND & EXCHANGES
Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges on our earrings.
If your product develops a fault within 15 days of purchase, please contact info@alfrajewellery.com and arrange a return with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it.
If your item arrives defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange.
If you have received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact info@alfrajewellery.com to rectify as soon as possible.
Once an order has been placed we are unfortunately not able to process a cancellation.
If an order has not arrived, please track using the relevant tracking information provided in your email confirmation with the relevant postal provider as stated in your email.
